Design: Hide Schools Toggle

Describe the issue

Redesign the "Hide Schools" button on the heatmap to be a toggle since really there are two states we need to capture. Convert this component into a slider the can be switched back and forth. shadcn calls this a "switch."

Where Is the Issue / How to Recreate

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to heatmap page
2. Look in the top right corner.

Suggested fix(es):

• Use the shadcn switch component to add a slider to switch between showing/hiding school icons
• Ensure functionality remains the same
