Bug: Duplicate school entries with inconsistent data

Describe the bug

Some schools appear twice on the schools page with different town, name, and/or region values associated with each entry.

Where Is Bug/How to Recreate

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Schools page
2. Look for schools that appear more than once with slightly different info (name, town, region)

Suggested fix(es):

• Check for duplicate school entries in the database with inconsistent metadata
• May need data normalization or deduplication logic when importing/displaying schools
