Design: Add region to school profile pages

Describe the feature

Each school is associated with a region (thanks @cmarte03 and @ajbarba01 on #75 ). The school table displays its region but we must as well add that info to the school profile page as well.

Suggested fix(es):

• Add within the cards that include town, instruction model, first year
• New design from @tika
