Feature reguest: allow CalVer/DateVer as version #264

First, Thank You for this action! Have been using it for a while and it's been working great 🙏
Searched previous issues, didn't find anything about this. Got following error when tried to publish a package:
InvalidPackageVersionError: Package version must be a valid semantic version, got "2026.2"
CalVer is a thing and it makes a lot of sense for many projects. Could we allow CalVer in addition to semver for publishing?
(Current workaround: instead of '2026.2' use '2026.2.0' which happens to be valid SemVer AND valid CalVer. But still, IMO 2026.2 should work as well!)
