Universal Tracker Map Pages

I implemented UT map pages for Nine Sols, see https://github.com/Ixrec/NineSolsArchipelagoRandomizer#other-suggested-mods-and-tools

For Outer Wilds, since we already have an in-game tracker, and have been doing regular UT support forever, I'd rather leave UT map pages for someone else to contribute. So I'm just going to dump a bunch of helpful links here:
