[BUG] Spinach, Pea & Green Bean harvest contracts only show when "Enable Potato & Sugar Beet Harvest Contracts" is "ON"

Describe the bug
Spinach, Pea & Green Bean contracts are only generated when the "Enable Potato & Sugar Beet Harvest Contracts" setting is "ON". The "Enable Spinach, Pea & Green Bean Harvest Contracts" setting has no effect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create game save
2. Exit game
3. Delete missions.xml file
4. Open careerSavegame.xml & change <timeScale> to 0.000000
5. Open game save
6. Open Contract Boost settings
7. Change all "Enable ... Harvest Contracts" to "OFF"
8. Using Easy Dev Controls change all fields to Spinach/Pea/Green Bean, ready to harvest
9. Increase timescale
10. Open Contract Boost settings
11. Change "Enable Potato & Sugar Beet Harvest Contracts" to "ON"
12. Go to "Contracts" tab
13. Harvest contracts will show for Spinach/Pea/Green Bean
14. Open Contract Boost settings
15. Change "Enable Potato & Sugar Beet Harvest Contracts" to "OFF"
16. Go to "Contracts" tab
17. Harvest contracts will be gone
18. Open Contract Boost settings
19. Change "Enable Spinach, Pea & Green Bean Harvest Contracts" to "ON"
20. Go to "Contracts" tab
21. No harvest contracts will be generated
