  • User has custom avatar.
  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Create a workspace.
  3. Go to workspace chat.
  4. Create an empty report.
  5. Go to Reports > Reports.

Expected Result:

Report row will show user avatar.

Actual Result:

Report row shows fallback avatar.
