Install issue

When i run start.bat, windows said could not find celery.exe. May I kindly ask how to solve it?

did you run , pip install -r requirements.txt staying inside you python virtual environment.

If you have not closed terminal after running ```pip install -r requirements.txt' then type start.bat in the same terminal
