Extend `tmpo log` and `tmpo stats` to filter on date

The feature request

Currently, the tmpo log and tmpo stats commands accept flags to limit the scope to today, this week, or some number of entries. Because I'm a slacker and don't fill out my timesheet every day, I find myself wanting to inspect a specific date.

Proposed solution

A -d, --date flag seems like an obvious choice for organizing this query in the CLI.

Hi @borFSU! I really like this idea! Adding the date flag would allow for a lot more fine-tuning, which is what I am going for!
