Issues with plugin generation templating

When running darkrift new plugin DarkRift.Server.Plugins.Listeners.Ruffles the namespace and project name was DarkriftServerPluginsListenersRuffles which has the wrong capitalisation (Darkrift) and should probably retain the full stops.
