Slow performance with particles when MSAA is enabled

I noticed particles are very slow, at least on my end.

Unfortunately Orbit doesn't work. Even previous build that worked doesn't anymore so I suspect an incompatibility with something from the environment (kernel?), soi I cannot trace it.

@slipher fount it's MSAA-related.

Indeed the slowness disappears when I disable MSAA.

One can test when firing a blaster.

Removed "T-Regression" since MSAA didn't exist before.

Do we know any other cases besides the blaster particles that trigger perf issues? Other things like acid tubes or lcannon blasts seem to produce far more particle tris but have no effect on the FPS.
