Enhancement: Event folders in Chart Editor

What if there were like folders when selecting events in the chart editor

Cos it'd be way easier to organise events in the case of looking for that one event in a really big event pack

Or if you have multiple addons on that contain like a billion events

(By the way, always group events by the mod or addon they're from, please)
