Update changelog with most recent releases?

The past few releases didn't update the changelog, could you please continue doing that or remove the file (in favor of GitHub Releases)?

Hey, you are right, we forgot to update them.
We need to find a way to automate them, so that we do not even have to think about it.

I manually added them in #102, but will keep this opened so that we track the fact that it needs automation
