update FullStackNetworkProvider with new endpoints #394
Description
long term we want to separate out the networkproviders from the SDK (see #279)
but short term I think we'll want to update FullStackNetworkProvider with new endpoints

I wanted to give everyone a heads up, if you use FullStack.cash infrastructure: This week I'll be moving the server. There will be some downtime, and afterwards the /v5 endpoints will no longer be available. Only the /v6 endpoints will be available:
api.fullstack.cash is currently on the /v5 endpoints.
bch.fullstack.cash is on the /v6 endpoints.
