Discuss what to do with items like this one: Houghton Mifflin readers' reports for "conjure" stories.

• Is it transcribed anywhere?
  • If no machine-readable version of the scanned text is available on the page, then alt text is needed
• Is there any information we can pull for alt text?
  • at the moment, the answer seems to be no. The images are <fascimile> <graphic>s. See tei_to_html.xsl line 783.

I set up the alt text to be alt="Page # - opens in new window" for now, planning to make it more accurate and unique later.
