Fix presentation area positioning when screens use different DPI scaling

When the screen where the WordsLive main window is sitting has different DPI scaling than the one where the presentation should be shown, then the calculation of positions and sizes is incorrect. This is because WordsLive currently is not correctly "DPI-aware".
