Is it possible to switch to PHPStan version 1?

We currently cannot install the CustomerReorderPlugin 2.0 on a project running Sylius 1.10 because of the constraint on this dev dependency in combination with Rector:

  Problem 1
    - bitbag/coding-standard[v1.0.1, ..., v1.0.2] require phpstan/phpstan ^0.12 -> found phpstan/phpstan[0.12.0, ..., 0.12.100] but the package is fixed to 1.9.1 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
    - bitbag/sylius-customer-reorder-plugin v2.0.0 requires bitbag/coding-standard ^v1.0.1 -> satisfiable by bitbag/coding-standard[v1.0.1, v1.0.2].
    - Root composer.json requires bitbag/sylius-customer-reorder-plugin ^2.0 -> satisfiable by bitbag/sylius-customer-reorder-plugin[v2.0.0].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.
