[Feature request] Adding a simple healthcheck to `autokuma`

It would be nice if `autokuma` itself could be monitored too.

- directly integrated in the image / Dockerfile
- or as an endpoint that can be fetched internally (currently no `wget` or `curl` available)

I like `autokuma` very much but it's one of the last containers I'm running that has no healthcheck :(
