Install error

On OS X where I installed PyQt from source, I get https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Tamriel/d7e9398d0d7f596059ec/raw/65a3506dab4131d96d538faa496b2df1cce2323b/gistfile1.txt

On OS X where I installed PyQt with brew, I get https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Tamriel/7b412366432e0df14ceb/raw/5f8074c26c5a730652e6c583dc9543ab65a2e1bd/gistfile1.txt

On Ubuntu where I installed PyQt with apt-get, I get https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Tamriel/5effe03e81ba94d2975b/raw/a63d311bbc8f58ba0bcba5eed8afdb8ccf4c30b5/gistfile1.txt

On Windows where I installed PyQt binary package and Visual C++ 2010 Express, I get https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Tamriel/7107521081f2f26cdd22/raw/f6cbb98f506162488117d46c1add013785272349/gistfile1.txt

Has anyone got this running with PyQt5?
