Description
Apologies for the vague title, the cause of the issue is not quite known yet but it's definitely with the handling of merging ShaderBlockDepots.
When running the Base File Collection of Movie Clone Troopers on Kyber, some skins appear with broken shadows, a clear sign of a broken ShaderBlockDepot.

Steps To Reproduce
- Download the Base File Collection of Movie Clone Troopers
- Launch the game with the collection applied
- Look at any Phase 2 clone officer skin or any of the Phase 2 327th skins for any class
- Check for any unusual shadows or blurry models when moving around in game.
Expected Behavior
When launched from frosty mod manager, the aforementioned skins look correct with no strange shadows.

Additional Context
I originally ran into this when testing the fixes made by #37 as the creator of the mods here reported that the game used to crash when running them on Kyber, With the fixes the game doesn't crash but something is still clearly wrong.
