Run Server: "sanitizeurl" not defined

I have this error when I try to run the hugo server with this theme (after following setup naturally)

Error: "PROJECT_ROOT\themes\indigo\layouts\_default\single.html:2:1": parse failed: template: _default/single.html:2: function "sanitizeurl" not defined

I'm running this on Windows with hugo-extended.

@nathanielwheeler I ran into the same issue using hugo v0.152.2. Looks like this function got deprecated. There was also another issue in footer.html. I opened a pull request for this:
