Hi,
Tado V3+ user here.
I had a seven room home before in Tado.
I recently split one of my rooms in my home into two rooms.
Now its an eight room one and I noticed that the sensor information for the new room and the "hot water" room got mixed up from that point.
Workaround:
I renamed the sensors to match again and I accept the polluted history.
Observations:
- TadoLocal webpage shows the right sensor value for the right room, so the tado-local application should be ok.
- The hot water room has the last id again (so the generation of a new room does not append to the back)
- From this point on hot water room sensor information is stored in the newly created room and the hot water room sensor has the data of my new room.
- For some reason my Tado Home in the Tado app thinks a totally unrelated device is the leader of the hot water room (and there are also 2 devices in that room, which I cannot fix myself). But this did result a new creation of the secondary device for zone 8, the one from zone 7 stayed in existence and is now no longer updated.
Somewhere the relation between zone naming and unit id reservation is lost.
I think its because Domoticz only has a guarantee on the unit number, because the user can edit the device name.
Combined with the fact that Tado moves the hot water room to another id.
Migrating the sensors to another Id is probably a bad idea.
Maybe flagging the hot water room as special can help.
I will give it a go somewhere next week or so if I can find the exact lines affected and I can come up with a fix.
