IsInt vs IsNumeric

Both the IsInt methods and IsNumeric methods seem to be doing the same thing. This might be okay for JS, but in C#, at best, it's just a little redundant, but at worst it's misleading. Should the IsInt implementation(s) be changed, or should IsInt just be removed?

I could see it, perhaps IsInt() should just return Int32.TryParse()? I'd be open to reviewing a PR covering this issue.

That makes sense to me, but I wanted to get guideance from you before I started work on anything. Any concerns about this being a breaking change for the API?

My feeling is that a breaking change is acceptable here as there is another method that will remain behind. Go ahead and try it out.
