not sure if you found the solution but this totally fix my issue
react-native-maps/react-native-maps#2324

the problem comes from having both the pod and the libraries in your app so follow this instructions and if you have any issues let me know

This error happened to me after upgrading to the latest react native version from a version that did not support auto link. I removed all reference for this lib in my project: Removed .xcodeproj from Libraries, removed .a from Frameworks, Libraries, and Embedded Content, removed .a from Link Binary With Libraries from the Build Phases tab in Xcode. I just left this in my Podfile: pod 'react-native-version-number', :path => '../node_modules/react-native-version-number'
