Duplicates (or very similar) Images removal script

• scripts that deletes duplicates or very similar images
• it will use same approach as similar images search but with modifications to n_results
• simple web UI for showing to be deleted images & threshold selector (with results shown each time)

Think of the thousands of pictures we take per day with our smartphones. Many of them are not good. So, having AI sort them, find dups and similar pictures following some prompts is a revolution.
